东林Ⅳ号配合颗粒饲料,于1985年9月至11月,在河北省曲阳县王快水貂场进行实验,通过貂皮的长度,貂皮的等级(分别公、母貂皮)的检验,毛皮经济效益分析得出结论。结果表明,用配合颗粒饲料喂水貂,可提前3—10天脱夏毛长冬毛,冬季毛皮成熟提前一周左右,每张貂皮可节省饲料费1.12元,1只貂饲养6个月可节省开支,降低成本13.57元。采用颗粒饲粒喂貂能够按貂营养需要控制营养水平,减少患病机会,免除饲料采购、冷藏和保管之苦,此法适合大群貂和个体户少量饲养水貂

From 1983 to 1986,semen of minks were collected with electroejacu-lation and artificial. Eighty one ejaculats were obtained from 94 collection. The successful rate was 86.2 percent.

1983~1986年对水貂进行电刺激,阴道采精94头次,成功81次,成功率86.2%。测得公貂射精量为0.11±0.01毫升,精子密度10.70±2.99千万,精子活力0.716±0.021。研究制定水貂精液冷冻程序。冷冻24次,解冻后精子复苏率为83.7%。1985年用冻精按常规从阴道给母貂输精,产出2窝健康仔貂(共输5只),每窝产仔2.0±1.0只。
