Based on the anatomy of five animals(Lutra lutra,Martes zibellina,Melogale moschata,Felis ocreata domestica and Marmota himalayana robusta),the authors have made a compara-tive study of their viscera as a commercial drug.The morphological characteristics are reportedwith illustrations.A key for the identification of Jecur Lutra and its adultrants is given.

The ratio of neutral, acidic and alkaline amino acids of penis and testis of those is 1.0:0.4:0.i3.The ratio of Gu/Zn is 1.0: 13.5. From that, we could extrapolate that application of ones of M. vison and C. nippon are analogous.

本实验分析测定了梅花鹿鞭和水貂鞭的灰份、乙醇浸出物、氨基酸和无机元素。从水貂鞭和梅花鹿鞭中均检测出17种氨基酸、22种无机元素。两种鞭含有相同种类的氨基酸和无机元素。各种氨基酸呈平行上升分布趋势,只是含量有差异。总氨基酸,梅花鹿鞭为78.06%,水貂鞭为58.11%。两鞭的中性、酸性、碱性氨基酸的比都是1.0:0.4:0.3,Cu/Zn均为1.0:13.5。从分析结果提示,水貂鞭有类似梅花鹿鞭的作用。

Objective: To study emetic and anti-emetic effects of Rhizoma pinelliae in minks. Method: The emetic effect of raw pinellia 2 g kg~(-1)(ig) was investigated. Three preparations of Rhizoma pinelliae (processed with ginger) were made by ethanol extraction, water extraction and water decoction respectively and their effects on emesis model induced by cisplatin (7.5 mg kg~(-1),ip) or apomorphine(1.6 mg kg~(-1), sc) were then studied; the effect of the decoction of ginger-grocessed Rhizoma pinelliae on rotation-induced...

Objective: To study emetic and anti-emetic effects of Rhizoma pinelliae in minks. Method: The emetic effect of raw pinellia 2 g kg~(-1)(ig) was investigated. Three preparations of Rhizoma pinelliae (processed with ginger) were made by ethanol extraction, water extraction and water decoction respectively and their effects on emesis model induced by cisplatin (7.5 mg kg~(-1),ip) or apomorphine(1.6 mg kg~(-1), sc) were then studied; the effect of the decoction of ginger-grocessed Rhizoma pinelliae on rotation-induced emesis model in minks was also observed. Result: The emesis was induced by raw pinellia in minks(P<0.01); ginger-processed Rhizoma pinelliae, metoclopramide and ondansetron significantly inhibit the emesis induced by cisplatin and apomorphine(P<0.05). Conclusion:Ginger-processed Rhizoma pinelliae exhibits a anti-emetic effect in minks, which may be mediated by inhibiting the function of the vomiting center in central nervous system.

 目的:研究半夏对水貂的致呕及止呕作用。方法:ig生半夏2 g·kg-1,观察对水貂的致呕作用;制备姜半夏醇提物、姜半夏水提物及姜半夏水煎剂,观察在 ip顺铂(7.5 mg·kg-1)、sc阿朴吗啡 (1.6 mg·kg-1)水貂呕吐模型的止呕作用;观察姜半夏水煎剂对水貂运动呕吐模型(100 r·min-1,1 h)的影响。结果:生半夏有致呕作用(P<0.01);姜半夏、胃复安、恩丹西酮对顺铂、阿朴吗啡致水貂呕吐均有抑制作用 (P<0.05)。结论:姜半夏在水貉呕吐模型中具有止呕作用,其机制与中枢抑制有关。
