Taking the variable parameters squeeze film damper(VPSFD) as an example, the effectiveness of the variable parameters control on the vibration of a rotor system in the steady state and the acceleration processes is studied in this paper. It is shown that the variable parameters control for the rotor system by properly chosen the control parameters, whether the switching in the steady state or in the acceleration processes, not only can control the vibration amplitudes of the rotor system in both the lower mode and the higher mode, but also can make the rotor system pass through smoothly the critical speed ranges with smaller vibration amplitudes and to avoid the rotor system to operate in the bistable operation speed ranges. The switching delay time does not produce shock response with very large vibration amplitudes both in the steady state and in the acceleration processes.

本文以可变参数的挤压油膜阻尼器作为控制元件,研究了转子在稳态转速及加速运动过程中进行变参控制时的瞬态响应问题。结果说明了对转子系统的振动进行分段变参控制,无论是在稳态还是在加速运动过程中,一般都可以取得满意的控制效果,不仅可以减小转子系统的振动,而且还可以使转子系统平稳地通过具有较大振动的共振区,但变参位置不应在多值转速区内。

We analyze such characteristics with Lyapunov First Order Criterion. We obtain the eigen values of the characteristic matrix of the system′s perturbation equations of motion and we evaluate the rotor orbit with four step Runge Kutta integration method. Fig.2 shows that the unstable response regions are much influenced by parameters. When we select suitable parameters, we can obtain totally stable responses and comparatively smaller vibration amplitude as shown in Fig.2a. Fig.2b and 2c show that before reaching the response peaks, unstable responses appear; within the instability range, there are three circular responses, of which one is unstable and the two others are stable. Fig.3 shows that there exist also other kinds of steady state responses, non synchronous responses, and quasi periodic and chaotic responses.

建立双盘悬臂柔性转子同心型挤压油膜阻尼器(SFD)系统关于其稳态圆响应的扰动方程,利用李亚普诺夫第一近似理论对系统的特征矩阵进行了稳定性分析。其结果是系统参数的变化对于不稳定区的分布有很大的影响;由于油膜力的非线性,系统存在多个稳态圆响应的情况——双稳态现象;在稳态圆响应失稳区内存在其他形式的稳定的稳态响应和非协调响应。
