Opened skull windows (5 mm×8 mm) were performed at right temple to investigate the rCBF before establishing models, after cerebral ischemia for 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 minutes and after reperfusion for 15, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180 minutes.
