CVD diamond is an ideal long wave infrared(LWIR)(8 μm～12 μm) windows and dome material for high-speed aircraft,due to its excellent properties such as high transmittance in the infrared(IR) wave band,low absorption coefficient,high resistance to thermal shock and friction.
Under windows operation system, a system for test data tracking, analyzing and p rocessing of aircraft structural strength (TestDTAS) is developed on MSC/PATRAN platform. The work is performed with adding special commands and windows by usin g the PCL language provided by MSC/PATRAN and C++ language.
