Typical plunger type hydraulic power components are discussed by the principle of dynamics. As justified by experience and experiments, theoretical formulae derived reveal that the amplitude and frequency of harmonics in excitations, determined by working pressure and rotating speed, together with the modal parameters of discretized structure system, are all related mathematically with noise spectrum. So the influencing factors of noise formation can be fully analyzed to find out the possible means of reducing the sound pressure level.

本文对典型柱塞式液压动力元件作动力学探讨,根据四种最基本的周期性理想扰动的离散频谱分析,提出此类扰动力的谐波分量是激发壳体及有关部件的振动,形成噪声的根源。所导出的公式表明:元件结构参数,使用条件和噪声频谱之间有一定的关系,并与试验结果相符合。由此可为改进制造工艺,采取振动隔离措施,设计新型液压动力元件以降低噪声提供理论性依据。
