Purpose: In order to investigate mechanism, prevention and treatment of sports anemia, effects of long-term treadmill exercise and nutrition supplement on liver histomorphology and EPO levels in rats were analyzed. Methods: 30 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group, exercise group and exercise + nutrition group. Increamental treadmill exercise was performed in rats for weeks, and iron compound was supplied to exercise+nutrition group. Histological structure and EPO levels were investigated by optical microscope and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),respectively. Results: Abnormity of hepatic lobes, opacity and swelling of hepatocyte or hydropic degeneration with severe vacuoles were found in exercise group, however, iron compound supplement could mitigate these changes. Exercise + nutrition group showed higher EPO levels in liver than both control and exercise groups.

目的 :观察长期递增负荷跑台运动和营养补充对大鼠肝脏组织形态、EPO水平的影响 ,为探讨运动性贫血发生的机理和防治方法提供依据。方法 :雄性Wistar大鼠 30只 ,随机均分为 3组 :对照组、运动组、运动 +营养补充组。运动方式为 11周递增负荷跑台训练 ,营养补剂为铁复合剂。应用组织学光镜、酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)观察 3组大鼠肝脏组织形态、EPO水平。结果 :运动组大鼠肝脏组织肝细胞结构模糊、多数肝细胞表现出浑浊肿胀或一定程度的水样变性 ,而运动+营养组肝脏形态基本正常。运动 +营养组肝脏组织匀浆液EPO活性水平分别高于对照组、运动组。

OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect of the supplement of lactalbumin,oxidation inhibitor,energy substance,Chinese herbs and sports drink on anti-fatigue.DATA SOURCES: The computer-based online search of Wanfang database and CNKI were undertaken for articles about traditional Chinese medicine therapy and nutrition supplement for sport fatigue between January 1999 and December 2005 with the Keyword of "sport fatigue,nutrition,traditional Chinese medicine",and the language was limited to Chinese. STUDY SELECTION: The articles about therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and nutrition supplement for sport fatigue were arranged to select those to the point. As to the literatures in identical field,those published recently or in authoritative journals were preference. DATA EXTRACTION: Altogether 32 related literatures were retrieved,only 15 ones conformed to the criteria. In the 15 exclusive articles,9 ones were repetitive research.DATA SYNTHESIS: The appropriate supplement of nutrition can keep health and sport ability of the athletes,which is also one key factor influencing the physical quality and component. Nutrition is closely correlated with athlete's training,function state,physical strength adaptation,physical ability recovery and sports diseases. At present,proper and scientific supplement of nutrition,which serves as another strong method except for training,has been concerned by most of the domestic and foreign trainers,athletes and sports scientific researchers.CONCLUSION: Appropriate supplement of sports nutrition can improve the sport function and enhance the anti-fatigue ability. Different sports nutrition supplement have different effect on organism. Although there are many newly opened products in recent years,they still need confirming and supporting by more experiments and sports practice.

目的:综合分析乳清蛋白、抗氧化剂、能源物质、中药及运动饮料的补充在抗运动疲劳中的作用。资料来源:应用计算机检索万方数据库及中国期刊网1999-01/2005-12有关运动性疲劳的中医疗法及营养补充方面的文章,检索词“运动性疲劳,营养,中医”,限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:对检索到的有关运动性疲劳的中医疗法及营养补充方面的信息进行整理,选取针对性强的文章。同一领域的文献则选择近期发表或权威杂志的文章。资料提炼:共检索到30篇相关文献,其中15篇文章符合要求。排除15篇,其中9篇系重复研究。资料综合:营养的合理供给是运动员健康和运动能力的保证,也是影响身体素质和成分的一个关键因素。营养与运动员的训练、功能状态、体力适应、体能恢复以及运动性疾病有着密切的关系。目前合理而科学地补充营养作为一种训练之外的强力手段已受到国内外广大教练员、运动员和体育科研工作者的日益关注。结论:合理地补充运动营养补充品可使机体的运动功能水平提高,抗疲劳能力增强。不同的运动营养补充品对机体的作用效果也不同。近年来新开发出来的产品虽多,但还需要通过更多的实验和运动实践来验证和支持。
