So we should construct the mechanism of teaching and learning to improve adult students' learning effect from two levels including teaching and learning, establish new educational idea,pay more attention to achieving teaching target and meeting the needs of students,innovate the pattern of talents training and teaching method to promote to establish the learning mechanism of cooperation,ego and innovation among adult.
The focal point is to constitute the teaching method of the adult education suitable for adult students' characteristic on the basis of reviewing the teaching method of the general education,but present research is not perfect. It is very difficult to offer the theoretical foundation for the practice reform of adult's teaching method.
