A fruitful unconstrained optimization analysis of the composite structure with double cylindrical shells mentioned in references [1] and [2] has been made. In the course of optimization, not only is the hybrid penalty function induced, a new interpolation for solving one-dimensional optimization problems is also developed.The computer program proposed is applicable to the optimal analysis of ordinary structures.

The quadratic interpolation method with the constraints approximated by quadratic polynomials is used in the one-dimensional search. Respective convergent criterions used in the interior penalty function are presented. Several ways to reduce computer time are pointed out and discussed here.

本文运用内罚函数法,使一个在颤振、强度和最小尺度等约束条件下的翼面结构重量取极小值。文中比较了最速下降法、DFP变尺度法和BFGS变尺度法这三种无约束最优化算法;采用了以二次多项式逼近约束函数的二次插值法来进行一维搜索;给出了内罚函数法中所用到的各个收敛准则;指出并讨论了减少计算机运算时间的一些途径。 计算结果表明,对于带有气动弹性约束的较复杂的结构优化设计,罚函数法是一个有效的方法。

Presented in this article is a digital computer program for analysis, design and optimal design of aviation synchronous alternators, with emphasis laid on the basic principles and characteristics of such methods used in the optimaldesign of alternators as the Penalty Function Method used to change themultiple restrictions into unrestriction, the Patter Search Method and The Orthogonal Step Method. Two practical examples are given for application. The alternator designed by the aid of the program of optimization is 5%-10% lighter than that of the ordinary design. The program is characterized by its multiplicity of functions and fewness of data-input.

本文介绍航空交流同步发电机的校核、设计与优化设计程序。着重介绍把多约束条件化为无约束条件的罚函数法以及优化设计中所用的模式搜索法与正交步长搜索法的基本原理与特点。最后列举两个计算实例。优化设计得的电机比一般设计的电机可轻5%~10%。程序并具有功能齐全而要求的输入数据少的特点。
