The effective treatment depth was 1.15 cm,the skin dose was more than 80%,the uniformity of total skin dose was 11%,the X-ray contamination was less than 2.3%,the absolute dose of treatment location was 44.6 cGy,the attenuation coefficient of eye's blocks was 6%,the total dose cumulate factor was (2.5) and the self-shield effect of patient was very prominence during treatment.
We analyzed 434 patients (737 eyes) with ocular complications of soft contact lens wear. There were 162(37.3%) cases with acute red eye, 54 (12.4%) with papillary conjunctivitis or giant papillary conjunctivitis, 147 (33.9%) with infiltrative keratitis, 62 (14.3%) with corneal ulcer, 2 (0.5%) with neovascularisation, and 7(1.6%)with corneal epithelial injury.
Results The inducing rates of heating induced behavioral responses by 1 kHz 90 dB and 2 kHz 90 dB were eye responses: 70.6%, 71.5%, head responses: 39.0%,42.4%, limb responses: 82.4%,87.9%, other responses: 17.0%, 17.3% respectively.
