The Na+ , K+, Mg++ content of sweat collected from back skin was 64. 37 ± 22. 1 mmol/L, 3. 97±0. 71 mmol/L, 0. 87±0. 42 mmol/L, repectively with total amount lost 81. 10 mmol, 5. 0 mmol, and 1. 10 mmol.
The results showed that perspiration was the main routine for water-soluble Vitamin losses. The concentration of Vit. B_1, B_2 and C in sweat was 0.059±0.037μg/ml, 0.049±0.023μg/ml, 0.390 ± 0.211μg/ml.
(2)after enduring heat load 120min,the reduce of heart rate at the 1st,6th and 11th was significant(P<0 05)in test groups; (3)on the 11th day,after 120min heat load,the sweat amount were 1 395 and 1 083kg respectively(P<0 05)in test and control group;
Heart rate showed an increase of 12 beats/min and 14 beats/min. Sweat quantities were measured to be 0.288±0.056kg/1.5h and 0.445kg±0.077 kg/2h respectively. Evaporation rates were 77.4±3.6% and 84.2±2.4% respectively.

Sweat tests were taken three times, and the values of Na + and Cl - were (126.6±5.4) mmol/L and (108.9±3.3) mmol/L, respectively. The examination of the pancreas showed no remarkable cystic changes on CT scan and there was no pancreatic insufficiency.
Melt crystallization was used to purify mixture of musk DDHI. It was shown that the appropriate operation conditions were crystallizing time 2 h,cooling rate 4 ℃/h for crystallization,heating rate 6 ℃/h for sweating,and sweat time 30 min.
