A mathematical model to simulate crack′s fracturing and propagating in low permeable coal and rock mass due to hydraulic facture in conjunction with solidliquid coupled interaction have been set up and puts forward its numerical solution. A mathematical model to simulate crack′s fracturing and propagating in low permeable coal and rock mass due to hydraulic facture in conjunction with solidliquid coupled interaction have been set up and puts forward its numerical solution. By the example of water injection into low permeable No3 coal seam of Wangzhuang Mine, Luan Mining Bureau,the calculation results indicate that in the process of hydraulic fracture the crack′s width does not increase infinitely with the increase of water pressure and the pressure needed for crack propagation decreases along with crack lengthening,thus it is essential for increasing the effect of hydraulic fracture in low permeable coal and rock masses.

建立了模拟低渗透煤岩体水力压裂裂纹断裂扩展以及固液耦合作用的数学模型,并推导了该模型的数值解法.通过潞安矿务局王庄煤矿低渗透性3号煤层注水的实例分析,结果表明:水力压裂过程中,裂缝的宽度不随水压升高而无限增大,所需的扩缝压力随裂缝增长而降低,这对于提高低渗透性煤岩体水力压裂的效果有重要的指导意义.

The stratum with the largest bearing capacity between coal seam and aquifer is regarded as the key stratum in preventing from water inrush,and it is simplified into a thin plate. Its fracturing span is determined by the plate theory, and is used to appraise the risk of water inrush from floor. The analyses of real examples show that the method is the simple and efficacious.

以淮北朱庄矿Ⅲ616 综采工作面为原型建立了相似模型,模拟工作面回采过程中的应力和位移变化。模拟结果表明:由切眼向前开挖至45~50 m ,老顶岩层初次断裂失稳,底板岩层压张应力差最大,采动造成的底板变形破坏深度在16 m 以上,为突水危险地段;与数值模拟方法相拟合,计算采动造成的底板应力变化,选取Drucker-prager 屈服条件作为判断岩石是否破坏为突水判据,由煤层底板塑性区分布图反映,当开挖至49 m 左右时,底部导升区和上部采动破坏带基本贯通,可能发生突水。据此对工作面进行了布置,并采取了相应防范措施,取得了良好的应用结果
