An analysis of the effect of the scales on the process of gas carburization is made and the probability of adding some coke to the furnace to decrease more quickly the percentage of carbon dioxide in the furnace atmosphere to its normal percentage is proposed. The result of the same experiment shows that there are surely the effects of activating the carburiziag atmosphere and accelerating the carburizing process.It is futher demonstrated in the test that the aging of the muffle in the furnace is primarily due to its oxidation and after some steps such as the removal of scales are taken, the "bad" muffle may be renewed for use in production.

本生产性试验的目的,是研究齿轮锻坯酸洗后凹槽还残存的氧化皮对气体渗碳的影响。试验结果表明:气体渗碳炉中有了氧化皮,对炉子气氛影响很大;炉中CO_2%大大地超过了正常的CO_2%。通过试验,研究带有氧化皮齿轮的气体渗碳的一般规律,采取了相应措施,从而保证了此类齿轮的渗碳质量。同时对氧化皮影响气体渗碳进行了计算与分析,提出了在炉子中加入焦碳有可能使炉中的CO_2%较快地降低到正常的CO_2%量。试验表明:高温下加入焦碳后,确有强化渗碳气氛和加快渗碳速度等效果。通过本试验进一步推论渗碳炉马弗罐的“老化”主要是“氧化”的问题,采取了除去马弗灌壁上的氧化皮等措施后,使曾“报废”了的马弗罐重新投入生产。

This paper describes how to select a more suitable fluidic circuit from among three plans by mean of analyzing and comparing the contradictions from the practical standpoints. In this circuit the obstacle signals are eliminated by the "fluidic signal switching"method. The paper a1So describes the mechanical relieve devices and drive devices of the lathe. 在齿轮实物及辊子试样上研究了接触疲劳过程,齿轮实物经过台架试验,而辊子试样则在自制二辊式试验机上运转到产生接触疲劳破坏。齿轮及试样均用30CrMnTi 钢制造并经渗碳或碳氮共渗。有两种接触疲劳破坏形式:麻点及压陷,对其形成机理进行了探讨。产生麻点时,裂缝形成于表面;而产生压陷时,裂缝形成于硬化层与心部的交界区。采用高浓度气体碳氮共渗工艺,得到C、N 含量较高(与一般渗碳或碳氮共渗工艺相比)并含有粒状C、N 化合物的硬化层,可使齿轮麻点剥落抗力显著增高。
