In this paper, an analysis is made on the course of charging and discharging the actuating cylinder with doublespring buffer valve, and the formula of oil pressure varying with time in the whole course are presented, which will be used as a reference for design calculations of the hydraulic control of automatic transmission.

The equivalant tooth form, types of deformation and the calculation methods to determine the deformation δ, stiffness C and C of gear tooth are discussed. The deformation and stiffness curves, the average stiffness and the relationship between. the variation of stiffness and tooth spacing load distrilution are also thoroughly analysed.

本文对于确定定轮齿变形δ及刚度C′、C时,所使用的当量齿形、变形种类及其计算方法进行了论证。对于轮齿啮合过程中的变形曲线、刚度曲线、平均刚度以及刚度的变化与齿间载荷分配关系作了探讨和分析。

This paper shows how the data processing technique is used to analyse machinenoise. First, the noise from a gas turbine, together with the axial-flow ventilator andthe reduction gear, was measured. Then, using the data processing technique, powerspectrom, coherence function and so forth were obtained, and they were used to analyseand identify the noise source. These analytical results will undoubtly be useful for controlling machine noiseand the manufacture of low noise machines.

随着计算机技术广泛地应用在生产、科研等各个领域,以及快速付立叶变换(FFT)的提出,数据处理技术用于振动和噪声的测量和分析也受到普遍的重视。本文通过燃气轮机、轴流风机和减速齿轮噪声的实测,叙述了数据处理技术如何应用于分析机械噪声。对噪声信号进行数据处理,得到功率谱、相干函数等结果,可进一步用来分析和识别噪声源。这些结果将有助于控制机械低噪声以及造出低噪声的机械。
