Phenol pollution is a nuisance to coal gosification,coke making and many chemical enterprise.at present,there is no Satisfoctory Process that can efficiently and economi- cally remove phenol from waste water. A novel separation technique using liquid surfactant membrane is described.The re- sults of laboratory study show that liquid membrane technique is capable of reducing the levels of phenol from 1300 ppm to a few ppm in the water.

In the paper.It is reported that several viologens and the surfactant N-CPC (Ncetyl pyridinium chloride) conld promote the photochemical cleavage of water on pt/ TiO2 powder-H2o sostem under illumination of UV light.The charaderistic colour(blue or violet) of the reduced viologens appeared when the TiO2-viologen system was illuminated.And the colour disappeared with H2-evolution when pt-cat was added to the above mentioned coloured suspensionThe amount of th evolved from pt/TiO2-system in the presence...

近年在湿法冶金领域内,液膜分离技术的研究日趋活跃。本文介绍支承液膜技术的原理、反应机理、膜制备及设备,以及它在湿法冶金的应用和数学模型。与溶剂萃取和乳状液膜法相比,此法有明显的优点。但目前尚处于试验室研究阶段,在工业化之前,还需做深入的研究。
