A high Tc superconductor was prepared by high temperature sintering techningue from the raw materia/s of sintering stoichiometric composition. Tc of the ample is 91k. X—ray diffraction patterns demonstrate that the sample is nearly in single phase and structure of the major phase belongs to the perovskite type.

采用名义组分为YBa_2Cu_3O_(9-x)的原料,经过高温陶瓷烧结工艺,制备出高Tc的Y-Ba-Cu-O超导体。测试样品的Tc为91K;X—射线衍射谱分析证明,样品接近单相,其主要相为钙钛矿结构。

The growth of grain size of MgO prepared from magnesite, when the MgO is sintered in a temperature range 1500-1600℃, is studied. It is found thas the distribution of the 2- and 3- dimensional grain size in the sintering test sample conforms to a logarithmic normal distribution.And the increase in mean grain diameter and median of grain diameter distribution fits to a parabolic equation. Also, the distribution of grain size tends to widen with the density of the sintered product.
