目的 :研究临床治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变 (DPN)的有效复方通络糖泰对实验性DPN大鼠坐骨神经电生理及糖醇代谢的影响。方法 :SD大鼠随机分为模型组 (MG)、通络糖泰高剂量组 (HG ,相当于成人公斤体重用药量的 10倍 )及低剂量组 (LG ,相当于成人公斤体重用药量的 5倍 )、正常对照组 (NG)。动物模型用四氧嘧啶塑造。通络糖泰 (颗粒剂 )方由水蛭、白芥子、延胡索等组成 ,配制成灌胃液给药 ,疗程 3个月。结果 :通络糖泰有效地降低DPN大鼠坐骨神经中葡萄糖(HG、LG均P <0 .0 1)、果糖 (HGP <0 .0 1,LGP <0 .0 5)、山梨醇 (HGP <0 .0 1,LGP <0 .0 5)的含量 ;并有一定的增加坐骨神经中肌醇含量的作用 (但统计学意义不明显 ) ;同时坐骨神经电生理测定也得到较好改善。结论 :通络糖泰治疗DPN机制之一是调整神经糖醇代谢
