This paper studies the synthesis Cypermethrin of the "Acyl chloride—Aldehyde—Sodium cyanide" by means of the phase transfer catalyst. Authors have obtained by using m-phenoxybenzyltriethylammonium chloride as the phase transfer catalyst which is cheap, available and self—productive. We hare achieved better results. This method has the characteristices of a mild reaction condition, a short period of time for reaction and a good yield it is very convenient for industrial production.

本研究从二氯菊酸乙酯开始,经皂化、酸化成二氯菊酸,再酰氯化得二氯菊酸酰氯,然后在相转移催化剂的存在下与间—苯氧基苯甲醛、氰化钠一起反应合成氯氰菊酯,即“酰氯—醛—氰化钠”法。研究出用价廉、易得,能够方便自产的间—苯氧基苄基三乙基氯化铵作为相转移催化剂,获得了较好的结果。具有反应条件温和,反应周期短,合成收率高等特点,有利于工业化生产。
