On the basis of the above-mentioned analysis and referringto the work of predecessors, the method calculating the restriction-tube of refrigerating machine without regenerative heating is given. According to this theory and method, some necessary experiments and systematic calculation about the restriction-tube with R502 as refrigerant are carried out and by using these results a set of charts for selecting the R502 restriction-tube without regenerat- ive heating is established. These charts may be used for the manufacturers.

本文根据汽液平衡的条件对等截面管内的汽液两相绝热流动进行了分析,论证了当背压力较低时在管道出口确实有临界状况存在,并证明了当达临界状况时管道出口处的流速等于当地情况下的音速。在上述分析和论证的基础上,并参考前人的工作,提出了无回热加热的制冷机节流管的计算方法。依据上述理论和计算方法,对R502节流管进行了必要的试验和系统的计算,从而制定了一套选择无回热加热的R502节流管的图表,可供生产单位参考使用。
