The potential of a varible-speed compressor for prividing enhanced load-maching cipability in both cooling and heating modes is demonstrated. Suitability of rotary, reciprocating, and scroll compressors for variable-speed application is discussed in terms of energy efficiency over the range of compression ratios that would be experienced when operating speeds are varied over the 30 Hz to 120 Hz range.

本文在叙述涡旋机械工作原理的基础上,看重分析涡旋制冷压缩机的结构内容积比,提出了涡旋压缩机阶梯式结构的新概念,并给出其结构内容积比的计算方法。阶梯式结构的涡旋压缩机的结构内容积比比等高结构的要大得多。阅此,这种结构的单级涡旋制冷压缩机可在制冷低温工况范围内高效地使用。

The present paper analyses the working processes of a scroll compressor on the basis of it's strucrural characters and working principles, concerning suction——closed presure add, internal gas leakage and flowing characters through each suction and discharge port. It simulates the working processes. The above works are the basis for computer modeling, performace predicting and structure optimizing.

本文从涡旋压缩机的结构特点和工作原理出发,对其进行了工作过程分析,考虑了吸气闭合增压、内部气体泄漏、通过各孔口的流动特点等因素对其性能的影响,建立了工作过程的解析模型。以上工作是涡旋压缩机计算模拟、性能预测及机器优化设计的基础。
