Localization and expression of GnRH receptor (GnRHR) mRNA in the nervous system,Hatschek's pit and gonads of amphioxus, Branchiostoma belcheri ,were investigated immunohistochemically using digoxigenin labled oligonycleotide probe. Localization and expression of GnRH receptor (GnRHR) mRNA in the nervous system,Hatschek's pit and gonads of amphioxus, Branchiostoma belcheri ,were investigated immunohistochemically using digoxigenin labled oligonycleotide probe. The results showed that the nerve cells in midbrain and nerve tuber,the epithelia cells of Hatschek's pit and germocyte in testis and ovary of different development stages had GnRHR mRNA hybridization signal. It was worthwhile noting that some strong GnRHR mRNA hybridization signal were found for the first time in the funnel like structure,a part of midbrain extension. The signal substance distributed in the cytoplasm,but the nucleus showed negative reaction. These results in dicated that the nervous system,Hatschek's pit and gonads of amphioxus were all capable of synthesizing GnRH receptors,which acted as target cells of GnRH in the nervous system,Hatschek's pit and gonads. Thus,the present study provided an authentic proof that GnRH might stimulate the secretory activity of Hatschek's pit epithelia cells and regulate gonadal development and maturation and reproduction activity on molecular level. It was suggested that the infundibulum like structure might have two physiological functions:① to act as a “transformation station” mediating the informative transfer and regulation between brain and Hatschek's pit;②to be a regulation center to stimulate or inhibit the secretory act ivity of Hatschek's pit.<

Objective Using HPLC-ED or RIA, we determned simultaneously 15 indexes in 27 patients with the liver-blood deficiency syndrome (LDBD). By means of multivarivate hierarchical cluster analysis and selections of typical variate, the results showed that 15 indexes were classified into 5 groups, and the typical variates of each groups were NE, T 3, TXB 2, ALD and cGMP. It suggests that LBDS has some pathopysiologyical characteristics such as decreased functions of sympatehetic nerve activation, lower T 3 syndrome, imbalance of the active substance regulating cardiovascular function and metabolism of salt and water, and abnormalities second signal substance in cellular membrane.

采用高效液相色谱 (HPLC -ED)法和放射免疫法 (RIA) ,对 2 7例肝血虚证患者 15项指标进行检测 ,经多因素聚类分析 ,并进行典型指标筛选。结果发现 :15项指标可聚五类 ,每类的典型指标分别为NE ,T3,TXB2 ,ALD和cGMP。提示肝血虚证的病理基础主要以交感神经活动减退 ,低T3 综合征 ,调节心血管舒缩和水盐代谢的活性物质以及细胞膜内第二信使类物质的显著改变为特征。
