软锰矿是用来制备MnSO_4和其它锰盐的一种重要的、必需的矿物资源。 从软锰矿中制备MnSO_4的方法可以用“硫酸法”或“两矿法”,然后把MnSO_4转变为MnCO_3或其它锰盐。 本文研究了这两种方法的优点和缺点。

In this paper author reported the technology condition that solution of solule amylum reacted on powdery manganese black to prepare directly manganous sulfate. The experiment result showed the rate collcting manganese in manganese black depend on the rate between the amylum and the manganese black, quantity using acid, reaction temperature, the duration of hydrolysis and soak reaction. In this preferential condition, the rate collcting manganese is more than 99.7%.

本文报道用可溶性淀粉水解液与氧化锰矿粉反应直接制备硫酸锰的工艺条件,试验结果表明:氧化锰矿中锰的浸取收得率受到淀粉与矿粉之比、酸用量、反应温度、水解及浸取反应时间等因素的影响,在较佳条件下锰的浸取收得率可达到99.7%以上。

本文报道用制糖工业的蔗渣,经降解、水解之后与氧化锰矿粉反应,直接制备硫酸锰的主要工艺条件,试验结果表明,氧化锰矿中锰浸取得率受到蔗渣与矿粉之比、水解时间、硫酸浓度及用量、浸取反应时间等因素的影响。在筛选出来的较佳条件下,锰的浸取得率可达95%以上。
