To draw a conclusion, Ointment Radix Ampelopsis sinicae significantly restrains the Staphylococcus aureus in bone,and alleviates the inflammation degree of osteomyelitis,the therapeuties effect is similar to Rifampin. The experiment provides the pharmacological basis for Ointrnent Radix Ampelopsis sinicae clinically used to treat chronic osteomyelitis.

本文为研究蛇葡萄根膏对实验性慢性骨髓炎的疗效,成功地建立了一种改良的Zak大鼠慢性骨髓炎模型.该模型具有造模简便、基本无损伤、适合外用给药的特点。在造模基础上.用蛇葡萄根育外敷进行治疗.运用骨髓腔细菌数和X光片来分析实验结果。结果表明,蛇葡萄根膏能明显抑制骨髓内金葡菌,能减轻骨髓炎的炎症程度,其疗效与西药利福平相近。本实验为蛇葡萄根膏临床用于治疗慢性骨髓炎提供了药理依据。

Objective:To observe ther effects extractant from Jiedu Huayu decoction on lavaging chronic osteomyelitis rat models.Methods:Chronic osteomyelitis model S D rats animals were randomly divided into 3 groups:extractant from jiedu Huayu decoction group,antisepitc solution group and normal saline group.All were lavaged for 1 month.The comparative observation of model animals were taken through blood leukocyte count,serum lusozyme activity,bone X rays,roentgenography and histological manifestation at the fixed time.Results:Great significant contrast were found between the results of extractant from Jiedu Huayu decoction group and those of normal saline group (P<0.01).Contrasted the results of extractant from Jiedu Huayu decoction group with antiseptic solution group,differences were made clear in respects of serum lusozyme activity and bone X rays (P<0.05).Conclusion:Extractant from Jiedu decoction preventing effectly chronic osteomyelitis deterioration may be related to its improving the organism immune function.

目的 :观察解毒化瘀汤灌洗治疗大鼠慢性骨髓炎的疗效。方法 :建立慢性骨髓炎动物模型 ,随机分成 3组 :中药组、抗菌溶液组及生理盐水组 ,闭式灌洗治疗 1月 ,按设计分期观察白细胞计数、血清溶菌酶含量、骨 X线、病理组织学等指标。结果 :中药组与生理盐水组之间有非常显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;在血清溶菌酶、骨 X线指标方面 ,中药组明显优于抗菌溶液组 ( P<0 .0 5)。结论 :解毒化瘀汤有效抑制慢性骨髓炎的发展过程 ,可能与其提高机体免疫能力有关。
