从U型管振动方程出发,推导出 U 型管阵流体诱发振动方程,给出了管阵出现流体弹性不稳定性临界流速的计算方法及算例。结果表明:管阵的临界流速与其频率取 U 型管阵中各管子一阶频率平均值的直管管阵的流速基本一致。

The researches were given to the influence,with the tube arrangement,the intertube space.the number of heating tubes.the difference of heat flux and the working liquids,on boiling heat transfer in a tube bundle. The experimental results showed that the performance of a PTRB bundle is slightly worse than that of a single PTRB tube for water and is nearly the same for ethanol. In general,the heat transfer coefficient of a PTRB bundle is 2 times higher than that of a smooth tube bundle.

实验研究了抑泡孔管管束的排列方式、管间距、加热管子根数、热负荷大小、沸腾工质物性等因素对抑泡孔管管束沸腾传热性能的影响规律。实验结果表明,抑泡孔管束与光管束、低肋管束的沸腾传热性能截然不同,而与机加工多孔管束和烧结粉末表面管束有某些相似之处。管束中的沸腾管数增加,有轻微恶化传热的趋势;高负荷时这种趋势更明显;管间距直径比的变化对管束特性影响不显著;乙醇为工质时,管束排列方式和热负荷大小等对沸腾传热的影响甚微。

In this paper, two kinds of structural types of air-precooled heat exchangers , plate-fin and tube bundle, chosen and used for composite engines are suggested. A calculation followed all operating conditions is made to air-precooled heat exchangers, parameters of which are selected. Inherent charactristics of those kinds of heat exchangers,numerical results of their air duct drag characteristics,and influences of duct dimension and wall thickness on operating parameters of heat exchangers are shown clearly....

提出组合发动机空气预冷换热器可供选用的板翅式和管束式两种结构型式。对选定参数的空气预冷换热器作了全工况跟踪计算。指出此种换热器的固有工作特点,给出其空气通道阻力特性的数值结果,以及通道尺寸和壁厚对换热器工作参数的影响。还对今后的工作提出了若干建议。
