The design approach of heat pipe heat exchangers is briefly reviewed in this paper, and a practical design method and related considerations are presented. The heat pipe heat exchanger may be treated as a conventional shell-and-tube heat exchanger so far as the arrangement of tube bundles and calculation methods are concerned. Some design problems are summarised, such as procedures, calculation model, proper use of formulae, selection of parameters and design configuration, etc..

本文对气-气热管换热器的设计问题作了简要评述,给出便于实际采用的设计方法和考虑原则.热管换热器可以设想成等效的间壁式换热器进行设计计算.文中对设计步骤、计算模型、计算公式和参数的选用、以及方案选择的依据等作了系统说明.

Paper presents a discretization mathematical model for the flow characteristics of a single phase fluid within a tube bundle dirtributing header as well as its solution by determining two coefficients K and CT through tests. Analyses of the functiconal dependence of K and CT as well as a their value chooings method are given.

对机械加工多孔管管束的沸腾换热性能进行了理论分析与实验研究,结果表明:多孔管管束的换热性能与单管有一定的差别;同一管束中,处于不同位置的管子,其换热性能也不尽相同;其差别的大小及性质与热流密度及管束的结构有关.把管子的换热表面分为3个区域进行分析,可以很好地解释实验结果.本文整理出的换热关联式的计算值与实验值符合较好.
