( 24 ) and the curves L=∞ in the same figures.Finally, the case that there is a uniform flow in the infinite strip is considered, and by solving the implicit Eq. ( 32 ) ,the two frequencies are found to vary inversely with the three ratios ρl/m, h/l, and U/lω0, in the manner of Fig. 7. There exists for each h/l a critical number kl/ρU2 which divides the two states stable and unstable, as obtainable from Eq. (30)and shown in Fig. 6. It is further concluded that the system always becomes unstable in case of any non-homogeneity in the k-con-stant over the foundation. Accordingly, any slab pavement in a chute spillway should be connected to the rock foundation by reveting rod devices.

In this paper, authors present the theory and method of optimal aseismic design of sections of gravity dams with the mathematical programming method based on finite element analysis. In aseismic analysis the composite system of the dam, the thin elastic foundation and the water of filled reservior are taken as an object of the study. Structural properties of free vibration are computed by the directly filtering frequency method. The seismic response is solved by the response spectra method. The optimization method used is variable allowable error method. A computer program has been complied. Examples show that results are reasonable.The proposed method can be used diretly in optimal aseismic designs of sections of gravity dams.

本文用基于有限元分析的数学规划法探讨了重力坝断面抗震优化的有关理论和方法.在抗震分析中,取坝体、浅层弹性地基及满库水体的综合体系作为研究对象;用直接滤频法计算结构的自振特性;用反应谱法求解地震反应.优化方法采用不求灵敏度的可变容差法.编制了计算机程序.算例表明,成果是合理的.本文所建议的方法和程序可直接用于重力坝断面的抗震优化设计.对程序作相应的修改,也可用于其它结构的抗震优化设计.

In this paper, the integrative initial parameters method for calculating the free vibration characteristics of the hydraulic power station house is developed. According to this method, the lateral bending free vibration and the longitudinal free vibration of the members are simultaneously considered and it is avoidable that the vertical vibration modes will be lost. Of course, it can be used for the free vibration analysis of the other frame structures.

本文提出了计算水电站厂房结构自振特性时同时考虑杆件横向弯曲自由振动和沿轴向纵向自由振动的综合初参数法,这样就避免了结构竖向振型的丢失。显然,该方法还适用于其他刚架结构的自由振动分析。
