The variation trend of stress in crankshaft fillets when changing the structural dimension of a crankshaft has been studied by means of threedimension finite element calculation method, citing the CA6102 petrol engine crankshaft as an example, the comparative analysis between calculated and experimented results is given.
The material of explosion cladding plates tube-sheet for the first ̄ fifth effect re-boiler is 16Mn (Ⅲ forging)+90Cu10Ni,The material of tubes is 90Cu10Ni(high flux tube, UOP offer) , SMAW is applied to tube-tubesheet fillets, joint configuration is the same as fig. 1B, the joints are required to 100% radiograph.
In this paper, three-dimensional finite element models are established in idealoil film condition and non oil film condition. Afer comparison and analysis,it comes to the conclusion that some influence on the stress of crankshaft fillets is exerted by the oil film of crankpin.
These results suggested that increased dietary α-tocopheryl acetate could increase its flesh deposition, increase the activity of SOD and prevent lipid peroxidation of Sparus macrocephalus fillets in retail storage on ice.
The peak stresses appeared at the slot corners inside the adhesive fillets and at the horizontal and vertical plate outer fibres corresponding to the two slot free ends.
The steady state heat transfer analysis showed that the temperature distribution through the joint members was non-uniform and high heat fluxes occurred inside the adhesive fillets at the adhesive free ends.
This paper deals with the rolling machine with emphasis upon the structural feature:1) A forced rolling mechanism in combination with rolling straightening is presented;2) The rolling pressure is exerted gradationally whereas the rolling process is divided into three steps, namely, rolling orientation, rolling reinforcement and rolling smoothing;3) An adjusting ring is set to compensate the manufacturing tolerance of a crankshaft. By this way a certain effect upon deformation reduction on rolling, improving...
In order to enhance reliability of the crankshafts of the NJD433A diesel engines, the experiments on roll-strengthening of the crankshaft fillets have been carried out by normal design and experiment method, and the optimum process parameters have been found out.
