In this paper, on the basis of Ant Colony Algorithm, a novel multi-colony clustering method is proposed in order to overcome the problems existing in the traditional clustering algorithm. In this method, the clustering principles followed by the human mind are adopted and the actions of ants when looking for foods are simulated. Simulation results show that the proposed method is of the advantages of high parallel, high efficiency and strong clustering and learning ability. The method can be used to obtain the optimal value of the whole field.

数据聚类是数据挖掘中的一个重要课题.聚类问题可以归结为一个优化问题.文中针对常规聚类算法所存在的缺点,根据人类进行聚类判断所遵循的原则,模拟蚂蚁寻找食物源的行为,提出了一种基于蚁群算法的多种群聚类学习的新方法.仿真实验结果表明,该方法具有本质并行性、计算效率高、聚类学习能力强等优点,可用来最终获得全局最优解.

Immune algorithm is a kind of intelligent optimization algorithm which simulates the biology immunity system,and has potential to provide novel method for solving problem.However,immune algorithm inevitably has two serious limitations,that is,running into easily local optimization and search stagnancy in last phase.Four immune algorithms which are multi-colony immune algorithm,diploid immune algorithm,adaptive immune algorithm,and multi-colony diploid(adaptive) immune algorithm are put forward based on improvement of immunity mechanism,optimization mechanism,architecture and behavior in general immune algorithm.The simulation experiments of twenty Job-Shop benchmark problems,the typical combinatorial optimization,indicate that new immune algorithms overmatch general immune algorithm because they are not only overall convergent but also steady and efficient.

免疫算法是模拟生物免疫系统功能的一种智能优化算法,具有解决复杂工程问题的潜力。然而,免疫算法存在两个严重的缺陷:容易陷入局部最优平衡态,进化后期搜索停滞不前。通过在免疫机理、优化机制、结构和行为等方面进行深入分析和巧妙改进,提出了多种群免疫算法、双倍体免疫算法、自适应免疫算法和多种群双倍体自适应免疫算法四种新的免疫算法。对20个典型组合优化Job-Shop B enchm ark问题进行了仿真试验,仿真结果表明提出的四种新免疫算法均优于一般免疫算法,不仅有很好的全局收敛性,而且稳定高效。

An adaptive multi colony ant algorithm for solving frequency assignment problem was presented. The algorithm divided the ant population into several subgroups, each of which made the optimization independently. In the procedure of optimization, the algorithm computes the convergence coefficient of each subgroup which was used for choosing the path for the ants and updating the pheromone in the paths. We also presented an adaptive strategy to adjust the time interval and the partner of information exchange adaptively according to the quality and the diversity of the solutions so as to keep the balance between the diversity and convergence in each subgroup. We tested our algorithm on fixed and minimal span frequency assignment problems using parallel computer, the experimental results showed that it had high global convergence speed, high quality of solution and efficiency.

提出一种自适应的多种群蚁群算法用于求解频率分配问题.算法将蚂蚁群体划分为若干个子群体,每个子群体的蚂蚁并行地进行优化.在寻优过程中,算法为每个蚂蚁子群体定义一个收敛系数,根据收敛系数来决定子群体内部的路径的选择和信息量的更新.算法同时根据各个子群体的解的质量和分布情况来自适应地决定信息交流策略,包括选择信息交流的对象和调节信息交流的周期以及信息更新策略,以取得各蚂蚁子群体中解的多样性和收敛性之间的动态平衡.对固定频率分配和最小跨度频率分配问题在并行计算机上的实验结果表明,本文算法不仅具有较快的全局收敛速度,而且有高质量的解和高的效率.
