The result of verifing shows that the models derived statistically are reliable.The methodology developed in this paper is also useful to the more general identification problem of large-scale multivariable multi-looped industrial plants.

Based on it, a new method of designing a self-tuning stabilizer is proposed. Possessing the advantages of low computation and significent damping effect, the method satisfies the demand of controlling excitation and governor system. With the help of overlapping decomposition decentralized control theory, an excitation and governor system's decomposition self-tuning controllers for a single-machine and infinite-bus power sgstem is designed by making use of the proposed method. Parameter identification technique is the recursive least square (RLS) method. System model is presented by 3-order linear discrete-time model. A lots of simulation results prove that the new designing controllers possess much stronger damping and much more marked control effect than those of the conventinal AVR and PSS.

本文对D.W.Clarke等人提出的广义最小方差自校正控制器进行了改进,即在二次性能指标中加入输出量的微分环节。在此基础上,提出一种设计自校正稳定器的新方法。此法计算量小,减振作用明显,满足控制励磁和调速系统的要求。借助于交迭分解分散控制理论。对一单机无穷大系统,设计了励磁和调速系统的分散自校正控制器,参数辨识技术仍采用递推最小二乘法(RLS),系统模型采用三阶线性离散模型。大量的仿真结果表明:较之常规AVR及PSS,新设计的控制器具有很强的减振作用。控制效果十分明显。
