The ratio of vital capacity and body weight(V.C./B.W.) are calculated for estimating the amount of oxygen in their tissues(especially in skeletal muscles) and for inferring their staying power or stamina during exercise. The relationship between the first menstruation and their growth and training effect henceforth is discussed briefly here. Moreover the heart rate and blood pressure of a part of the athletes just after exercise were taken and the relation between the changes of both H. R. and B. P. and the training effect is also analysed. In addition, the authors followed up the changes of the height, body weight and vital capacity of a team's members in these athletes for one year and according to these changes the effect through their one year training is analysed in this paper. Some opinions basing on the previous investigated data for choosing talent out of juvenile athletes of women football are offered by tbe authors.

    本文作者对四川省少年女足运动员甲、乙组共337人的生理机能(包括实足年龄、骨龄、身高、体重、肺活量、心率、血压等,进行了调查和分析,并根据其骨龄和实足年龄的差值将运动员分为三型(早熟、正常和晚熟),以此推测其生长发育概况,还计算了运动员的肺活量/体重比值,并以此值估计运动员组织内(特别是骨骼肌内)供氧量的大小和其运动耐力强弱。并分析了运动员的月经初潮与今后运动员训练及生长发育的关系。调查了部分运动员的运动后心率和血压,分析两者变化与判断运动训练效果的关系。对个别队运动员的身高、体重和肺活量进行了一年的追踪调查,根接一年来各种数值的变化,分析其运动训练的成效。根据以上调查资料作者提出了少年女足运动员的选材意见。

    The adaptation of STI, SV, SW, mW, and other cardiac functional indexes to dynamic and static loads in juvenile athletes of endurance and strength sports was measured and discussed in this paper. Discussed was also the etiology of myocardium hypertrophy in athletes. Finally some laboratory data were provided for the investigation of the causes of athletic heart with the help of the evaluating indexes of athletic heart work and oxygen consumption in myocardium.

    本文通过对少年耐力和力量运动员心功能在动力和静力负荷后各项指标变化的测定,讨论了STI、SV、SW、mW等有关指标的适应,进一步讨论运动员心脏心肌增厚的成因,并对运用运动员心脏作功指标及心肌耗氧指标探讨运动员心脏成因的可行性提供了实验依据。
