The coil cooling and storage unit (CCSU) is used to cool cold-rolled coils to the temper rolling temperature after the annealing cycle is over at the batch annealing furnace (BAF) in a cold rolling mill (CRM).
      
Because of an increased rate of aging after rapid heating and cooling, the process is of little interest to steel producers as a substitute for temper rolling, but may be attractive to industries which consume large quantities of rimmed steel sheet.
      
Here it is pointed out that such rapid temperature change can produce inhomogeneous plastic deformation, and is then the thermal equivalent of temper rolling or flex-leveling.
      
Texture analysis suggests that temper rolling with both high extension and smooth work rolls may concentrate strain at the surface, which would explain the development of the rolling texture at the surface.
      
The results indicate that temper rolling parameters such as temper mill extension and roll roughness have a significant influence on the magnetic properties.

This paper presents the results of our experiments and production practice in asynchronous rolling since 1973, which showed the adoption of "S" asynchronous rolling is effective in the temper rolling of thin strip. The technological conditions and features of this rolling method are described. Approximate mathematical expressions for the parameters of tension, pressure etc. are presented. The causes leading to stable rolling operation are analysed using the characferisfic curves of elastic and plastic deformation of rolled material and the principle of static friction. The conditions and results of our experi-ments and productive application are outlined. This method of rolling is considered to be superior to usual temper rolling in flattening capacity, demand of manipulative skill and product quality.

Based on Bland-Ford-Hill formular. a semiempirical model of temper ro-. lling force is formed in this paper. In the model. the length of deformation zone is determined by means of Hitchcock theory and the influences of deformation resistence, surface friction and strip tension on rolling force are presented. Standards of setting temper rolling force and strip tension are presented.

本文以Bland-Ford—Hill理论公式为基础构造了半经验平整轧制为模型,在模型中,以Hitchcock所提出的两个圆柱体接触的变形理论来确定变形区长度,模型反映了带钢变形抗力、外摩擦及带钢张力对轧制力的影响。据此模型,本文给出了平整轧制力及张力设定规范。

微碳深冲钢板(03Al),是国内为适应汽车工业发展的需要,开发研制的新一代深冲钢板。在试制生产中发现有时屈服强度σs 偏高,n 值偏低,游离渗碳体析出超标等现象。针对在实际生产中出现的问题,在实验室中对试样进行不同的退火温度(600~750 ℃)和不同压下量的平整(0.4 % ~2.4 % )试验,对组织和力学性能进行观察和测量,分析各种工艺参数对渗碳体析出、晶粒尺寸和性能的影响。结果表明:680~710 ℃退火和0.9 % ~1.2 % 的平整量是保证性能的关键因素之一。
