Six kinds of oxyfedrine ionic pair complexes used as active material were synthesized from oxyfedrine with sodium tetraphenylborate, Reineckate, picric acid, phosphotungstie acid, phosphomolybdic acid and silicotungstie acid respectively. The effects of the kind and concentration of active material in membrane and three kinds of plastieizers on electrode performances were studied by means of orthogonal method and six different oxyfedrine PVC membrane electrodes were made. The experimental data indicate that orthogonal method is a rapid, simple and accurate method for optimization of condition selectivity used in study on membrane electrodes. In this paper, hetero-poly acid and tetraphenylborate electrodes have much better performances than picrate and Reineckate electrodes, when the concentration of active material in membrane is no less than 3%. The electrode performances go bad evidently, the order of plasticizcrs good and bad is DBP>DNP>DOP. Further more the electrode performances for I-PT as active material was particularly studied. Using direct potentiometrie determination, the recovery of pure oxyfedrine was 101.60%, the coefficient of variation was 2.83%.

首次合成了6种安心酮的离子对络合物。并用其作活性物,用正交法研究了膜中不同活性物的种类与浓度及增塑剂对电极性能的影响,制成了6种安心酮的PVC膜电极。用安心酮-磷钨酸膜电极,用直接电位法作了原料药回收试验,平均回收率为101.60%,标准差为2.88%。

Objective: To inquiry into the best condition maceration technology of Wansilin. Methods: Orthogonal design and analysis of variance were used. Results: The best conditions are, the maceration temperature was 33℃ (P<0.05), the maceration time was seven days, the alcohol concentration was 60% (P<0.05). Conclusion: Test and verify shows, optimization of condition is believable.

目的 :探讨了万丝林浸渍的最佳工艺条件。方法 :应用正交设计实验方法和方差分析。结果 :浸渍温度为 33℃ ,浸渍时间为 7d,醇浓度为 6 0 %是最佳条件。结论 :验证试验表明 ,优选的条件是可信的
