It was found to be more effective than saponin or "Tween. 80". The amount of Ⅲ within the leaves was measured to be 432 μg/g of fresh leaf in 24 h after spraying with 0.2% Ⅱ and gradually decreased on the following days. However, on the 10th and 15th day there were still 270 and 239 μg/g of fresh leaf respectively which were high enough to give control efficacies of 85.0% and 75.4% respectively against rust. The results showed that spray schedule with an interval of 10-15 days for practicsl use in the past was reasonable; an interval of 14-15 days might be more desirable.,While taking phytotoxicity into consideration.Under the experimental conditions of the present study a theoretical minimum concentration for inhibiting the growth of the pathogen within the leaf was 327 μg/g of fresh leaf which was found to be close to that of practical observations-357-376 μg/g of fresh leaf.The main phytotoxicity symptom of Ⅲ in groundnut plants is chlorosis of leaves , which can be reduced remarkably either by applying MgSO4.7H20 to the soil at a concentration of 0.1g/kg of soil or by adding it at a concentration of 2.5% to the solution of Ⅱ for foliar spray.

在敌锈钠(Ⅰ)药液中加入0.5%胶体硫(含45%造纸废液),能增加对氨基苯磺酸钠(Ⅱ)在花生叶面的附着量并使内吸量较单纯使用Ⅰ提高49.2%,其效果高于皂素和“吐温”80两种表面活性剂。 在本研究的试验条件下,接种时叶片内Ⅰ的最低抑菌浓度的理论推算值为327微克/克鲜叶,接近于357~376微克/克鲜叶的实际观察值;另一方面,对花生植株喷施0.2%Ⅰ后,叶片内Ⅱ的含量在24小时内可达到432微克/克鲜叶,随后即开始下降,第二天至第五天内可相对稳定在322~326微克/克鲜叶之间。不过,到第十天和第十五天时仍能分别维持207和239微克/克鲜叶,理论计算的抑菌效果分别可达85.0%和75.4%。这就进一步说明喷药的间隔期定为10~15天是可以的,可能10~12天更为合适。 Ⅱ对花生植株的毒害,可用0.1克/公斤土以上的MgSO_4·7H_(2)O浇土或在喷施的敌锈钠药液中加入0.25%以上的MgSO_4·7H_2(O),使其显著降低。
