Biological analysis in greenhouse studies shows that all speciesmentioned above,whether collected from mycorrhizae association or frommature fruitbodies of fungi,can easily from ectomycorrhizae with P.tabulaeformis. The results of experiments show that by inoculum of solid pureculture,mycorrhizal fungi on roots have a great capacity to establishectomycorrhizae of coral type.The stimulation of seedling growth(including measurements of height,thickness and biomass)is proportionalto the development of mycorrhizae on it. The fact that acid soil conditions are needed for the formation ofectomycorrhizae is well documented throughout the world.Usuallyectomycorrhizae develops either weakly or not at all basic soil.But inthe authors' experiments mycorrhizae are formed both in nursery soil(pH8.6) and in greenhouse soil (with alkalinity of up to 8.9),and canimprove the growth of seedlings well.It has been proved by theseauthors that even under harsh soil conditions suitable strains cansurvive and grow significantly.This fact enlarges the area of potentialresearch into the ability of fungi to survive in adverse soil conditions. The ingredients of the nutrient medium are as follows:1) pine needle extract,2)acidic malt agar.

本试验验证了菌根化能促进油松苗木早期生长,对其生物产量有明显提高。优良菌种可使苗木干物重提高40%。试验筛选出Boletus sp.(林)、Suillusgrevillei(林)、Pisolithus tinctorius及“火炬松”、“欧洲赤松”等五个菌种在促进苗木生长方面有良好效果。经温室生物测定,不论是从菌根组织还是直接从子实体上分离到的菌种,接种后均能与油松根很好地形成菌根。用生长优良的固体纯培养物接种后,油松苗形成菌根的能力很强,多数产生茂盛的珊瑚状菌根组织,苗木的菌根化程度与其对生长的促进作用(包括干物重、高及粗生长)基本上呈正相关。在碱性及接近重碱性土壤中苗木均形成了菌根,并较好地起到促进生长作用,扩大了菌根菌抗逆性的筛选内容。试验筛选出适合菌根菌生长的培养基以及用于接种的纯培养物的载体。

In seeking new fodder resources leaves of 25 Eucalyptus species grown in South China were analysed and nutritive ingredients, amino acid contents and microelements were determined by GB6432-6438-86 analytical methods for feeds. 为了寻找新的饲料来源,对我国南方25个品种的桉树树叶进行化学分析。根据GB6432—6438—88饲料分析方法,测定了桉树叶的营养成分,氨基酸含量和微量元素。并通过动物代谢评定其有效能值。结果表明,某些桉树树叶具备一般饲料的营养成分,可作为饲料添加应用;在饲喂肉猪试验中发现,添加桉叶粉组比对照组平均增重6%。并能改善饲料的利用率。

In order to abtain fire retardants to impart leach resistant to wood and to realize the industrialization of fire retardant treatment of wood,first the monohydroxymethyl urea (HMU)were synthesized using the cheapest urea.A perpendicular experiment on the molar ratio of ingredients of HMU.Melamine(MA)and diammonium phosphate(DAP),the pressure and the time of fire retardant treatment of wood were done.The ratio of fire retardants in wood(RFR).the oxygen index(OI)of fire retardant wood and leach resistant value(LRV)of fire retardant were determined.The results showed that the striking factor of influencing the flame resistivity is the time of impregnation.the least influential factor is the compounding ratio.The optimunl molar ratio of HMU.MA and DAP is 5:1:6.5.The optimum conditions of fire retardant treatment of wood are that the pressure is 600 ̄1 300 Pa.the time is 30h or so and the temperature is 50℃.When the RFR in Dahurian larch is 0.63%.the OI comes up to 30.the LRV is 36.88%.This fire retardant has fine flame resistivity and certain leach resistant to wood,and the treating conditions of fire retardant can be used as a reference in industrial production.

为了获得抗流失性木材阻然剂.并为实现木材工业化的阻燃处理.首先以廉价的尿素为原料、合成了一经甲基脲(HMU);对HMU、蜜胺(MA)、磷酸氢二铵(DAP)的配比、处理木材的压力、时间进行了正交实验;测定了阻燃木材的载药率和氧指数以及阻燃剂的抗浸提值。结果表明:影响阻燃性的显著因子是浸药时间.三组分配比影响最小,HMU、MA、DAP的较佳配比为5:1:6.5。较佳的阻燃处理条件:压力为600~1300Pa,时间为30h左右、温度为50℃。当兴安落叶松载药率为0.63%时,氧指数达到30,抗浸提值为36.88%。该木材阻燃剂具有较好的阻燃性和一定的抗流失性,所选择的阻燃处理条件可作为工业生产的参考。
