杜儿坪矿十五尺煤层与下伏八尺煤层组成一组缓倾斜、硬顶板、近距离的厚煤层群.本文根据开采十五尺煤层调查资料和杜儿坪矿该煤层的2647回采工作面现场观测资料,分析了十五尺煤层坚硬顶板的垮落性,在采用人工强制冒顶全部垮落法管理顶板的条件下,顶板岩石的破坏和活动过程以及引起的矿山压力及其显现规律.这对于改善顶板管理方法是具有重大的实际意义.通过分析表明:十五尺煤层坚硬顶板在采用炸药爆破顶板,消除直接顶之石灰岩的绞接作用,顶板是能够冒落的.并且,采用分层开采能够限制老顶活动对工作空间的威胁.

In this paper, the problem of determining optimum weight of train in West-open-pit of Fushun colliery is investigated, with consideration of the following technical and economical conditions: adhesive limit of locomotive, temperature rise of motors,capacity of air compressors, tonnage of transportation, passing-through ability of mine railway, length of station track, safety of traffic running, voltage of trolley netwo-rk, etc. Emphasis is put on the method of traction calculation, based upon the adhe-sive limit of electrolocomotive and temperature rise of loco-motors.The author proposes a formula for estimatng the error of temperature measure ment of loco-motors with ordinary thermometers and a new method for calculating equi-valent current of loco-motors. He also points out that in open pit, the hauling capaci-ty of electro-locomotive is seriously affected by season change and difference in time of trip.The question of designing a new locomotive as well as choosing a suitable locomo-tive from manufacturers catalogue is discussed, from the point of view of fully uti-lizing the adhesive limit and temperature limit of locomotives.Finally, the author proposes that in the West Open-pit it is suitable to adopt socalled "division transportation", and generally in working open pit,the optimum wei-ght of train should be determined by considering technical reliability.

本文按机车的粘着能力、耐热能力、压缩机能力、运输量和通过能力、站线长度、行车安全和电网电压等技术条件可靠和经济上有利两方面,综合地研究了抚顺西露天矿的车列重量,着重研究了电机车的粘着、耐热牵引计算方法.提出用普通温度计测量牵引电动机温度的误差公式、新的等效电流计算法,以及露天矿可按季节和运行时间的不同确定车列重量的观点.并以粘着能力和耐热能力都能得到充分利用的观点,对新型电机车的设计和现行电机车的选用作了探讨.同时提出西露天矿列车宜采用分区运输的行车组织和生产露天矿应按技术条件可靠去确定车列重量的结论.
