Optimal synthesis was conducted through graphic solutions combined with optimizing calculations, employing the optimization theory for large complex system in system engineering Comparing with the original design, it was found that significant increases in heat recovery efficiency can be obtained with the new design scheme. Additional capital investment is not called for to adopt the new schema, neither would there be any increase in operating cost to achieve similar energy recovery as in the original design.

针对引进的大型合成氨装置(1000吨/日)一段炉热回收系统,应用系统工程中的复杂系统最优化理论,建立了多目标、强约束的最优化数学模型,并采用图解与最优化计算相结合的方法进行最优综合.所得结果与原设计的比较表明,优化设计方案的热回收率有较大幅度的提高,其它技术经济指标(投资及操作费、有效能回收率)彼此相近.

In this paper the sensitivity analysis is done on the design scheme of the heat recovery system of the first stage conversion furnace in large synthetic ammonia plants(1000t/d),by using she sensitivity analysis theory for large complex systems in system engineering.Then,according tp the sensitivity requirement,the optimal safety allowances of all heat exchangers for heat-transfer area are determined by means of an optimization method. From the calculation the key units in the system are found.

本文应用系统工程中的复杂系统灵敏度分析理论,对大型合成氨装置一段炉热回收系统的优化设计方案进行灵敏度分析计算,并根据灵敏度要求,釆用最优化方法定量确定各换热器的最佳面积裕量.根据计算结果,找出了系统中的关键部位,这对该方案实施的合理设计、正确操作及维护具有一定指导意义.

采用我国开发并工业化的先进工艺技术成果的圆筒形蒸汽转化炉、一次低温CO变换、变换气联尿生产尿素的同时代替脱除CO2、多功能联合压缩机、副产蒸汽氨合成塔等节能单元组成橇装式一步法尿素装置,以回收分散的油田伴生气制成粒状尿素产品。建设一套120t/d橇装式尿素装置投资约0.8亿元,每年可回收油田气0.3×108m3,产出尿素4×104t,产值可达0.74亿元。不但能回收宝贵资源和保护环境,并能取得显著的经济效益。建议先选择一个条件较好的井区建设示范,然后成批制造,全面推广。
