The composition, constituent, properties and application of Nb-base material for elevated temperature elastic element of deep-well-detector were studied. The composition, constituent, properties and application of Nb-base material for elevated temperature elastic element of deep-well-detector were studied. The experimental results are as follows: Nb-35Ti-5.5Al alloy with low oxygen content is better in the properties for non-magnetic spring with constant elasticity at elevated temperature. After aging, the elastic limit of cold-rolled strip increases significantly, but the modulus of elasticity changes only within a small range. Therefore, aging can considerably enhance the stored energy ratio (σ2/E); the decrease in oxygen content may raise the plasticity of spring. The experiments and practical use for several years have proved that the properties of Nb-alloy spring is superior to the alloy beryllium bronze, a little at room temperature but considerably at elevated temperature. Deep-well-detectors with Nb-alloy spring are produced in batches and the results of application are good.

本文研究了超深井测井检波器高温弹性元件铌基材料的成分、组织结构和性能以及实用效果。试验结果如下:作为无磁、高温弹簧片,性能较好的合金为氧含量低的Nb-35Ti-5.5Al合金。冷轧片材时效处理后,弹性极限增加很多,而弹性模量变化不大,从而大大增加储能比。降低氧含量可提高塑性。几年来实验和试用证明:铌合金弹簧片性能在室温较铍青铜稍优;在高温则显著地优于铍青铜。铌合金弹簧片组装的地震测井检波器已投入生产,实用效果良好。

本文分析了试制OCr22Ni13Mn5耐腐蚀合金棒(No.1)和深井泵的Monelk500合金轴料(No.2),试验结果指出:No.1合金棒料的显微组织和力学性能接近No.2合金轴料,但是二者疲劳性能差别十分明显,前者疲劳强度为372.4MPa,后者疲劳强度为421.4MPa。最后,讨论了影响No.1合金疲劳性能的因素,并且提出其生产工艺的改善措施。
