Among all the cases we tested,the percentages of high level of (>grade 3,3 5ku/L)sIgE specific to various food as egg white,milk,peanut,wheat and soy bean were 8 1%,8 1%,5 4%,4 0%,and 1 3% respectively.
The polarographic current is proportional to the concentration of Cu2+ from 4.0×10-7to 1.6×10-6mol/L, and the detect limit is 6×10-8mol/L. It has been used in the determination of Cu2+ in the samples of rice, soybean and medlar.
Determination of the residue of quizalofop-p-tefuryl in soybean by HPLC
A HPLC method was developed for the analysis of quizalofop-P-tefurylof in soybean.
The recoveries from the analytical method for soybean were 84.32%-89.25%.
