The root-mean-square value of vibration acceleration of the measuring point under Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲworking conditions is respectively 7.33cm/s2,6.65cm/s2 and 6.73cm/s2,and the vibration dominant frequency being 40.5 Hz,37.6Hz and 36.6 Hz respectively.
The root-mean-square values of the vibration acceleration of the testing spot under the four working conditions were 0.159 1 m/s2, 0.108 7 m/s2, 0.093 8 m/s2 and 0.070 4 m/s2 respectively, and the dominant vibration frequencies were 142.6 Hz, 56.6 Hz, 36.6 Hz and 36.6 Hz respectively.
In theory analysis the process for particle impacting,draw the affecting relation of signal output and vibration acceleration, vibration frequency, shock acceleration, validating the relation at testing.
Cl-、Br-、Ac- can slightly inhibit the acceleration effect of H2O2,SO42- has no influence on the acceleration effect of H2O2. Cl-、SO42- have no influence on the acceleration effect of KIO4, Br-、Ac- can slightly inhibit the acceleration effect of KIO4.
As the same as ice experiment, the electric field intensity (0~28 kV/m) was more obviously than pulse frequency (7,10,20 kHz) for the two frozen food thawing process, ie, the thawing acceleration, the lose water from two frozen food and the external surface or seation form.
The results indicate that the retained deformation considerably accelerates the ageing response of Al4.5Cu alloy and the effect of precipitation acceleration is further promoted with increasing the deformation degree.
