目的 探讨兔体外循环微型氧合器的改装和使用 ,利于推广。方法 对健康家兔 14只、野兔 8只 ,随机在西京氧合器改装后的微型氧合器下完成体外循环 (CPB)并行心肌保护和血液保护研究 ,发泡板在尿激酶浸泡后重复使用 ,分别在CPB前、中、后测动脉血气及血液动力学的相关指标。结果 比较CPB前、中、后的动脉血气及血液动力学的相关指标 ,结果满意。结论 该微型氧合器性能稳定 ,能建立完善的CPB模型 ,且制作简便 ,发泡板用尿激酶浸泡后可重复使用 ,值得推广。

In the preparation technology of controllable porous bioceramics, the preparation technology of slurry played an important role in the finished products,which was specially studied and discussed in this paper. The results showed whether the micro-bubbles in the organic foam had been pretreated or not, including the order of adding material and the fluidity of slurry, would greatly influence the quality of finished products.

在可控多孔生物陶瓷制备技术中,浆料制备工艺对成品有着重要的影响。为了得到这具体影响,特对它研究和探讨。研究结果表明,有机泡沫微球是否预处理,加料顺序,浆料的流动性对成品有着重要的影响。
