Mechanism studies on nitrogen removal when treating ammonium-rich leachate by sequencing batch biofilm reactor
      
The nitrogen removal mechanism was studied and analyzed when treating the ammonium-rich landfill leachate by a set of sequencing batch biofilm reactors (SBBRs), which was designed independently.
      
An aerobic sequencing batch biofilm reactor (SBBR) packed with Bauer rings was used to treat real domestic wastewater for simultaneous nitrification and denitrification.
      
The SBBR is advantageous for creating an anoxic condition, and the biofilm can absorb and store carbon for good nitrification and denitrification.

An A/O system of biofilm is used to the wastewater, and the result shows that such a system is very effective. Effluent conforms with present discharge standard completely and can be led directly into the water body....

Effluent conforms with present discharge standard completely and can be led directly into the water body. From experiment, it can be seen that a 95%removal rate of CODcr, 94.3% removal rate of TOC and 86.1%, 79.9% and 79.8% removal rates of TKN, TN and NH3-N respectively are available when the total volume of the experimental installation is 28 liters, the hydraulic retention time is 24 hours, the volumetric ratio of anoxic and aerobic tank is 1 : 3.8 and the recycle ratio is 3-411. Sodium sulfocyanate content in the effluent is 0.8 mg/L and the contents of acetone, isopropyl alcohol and acrylonitrile etc.are un-detectable.

我国大多数腈纶厂都采用硫氰酸钠做溶剂的生产工艺,废水主要来源于厂内聚合、回收、纺织等三个车间,但这种废水,目前尚未找到合适的治理途径。 我们用生物膜法A/0系统处理腈纶废水,结果表明,该系统效果良好,出水完全符合排放标准,可以直接排入水体。 当A/0系统小试装置总容积28L;水力停留时间为24h;缺氧池与好氧池容积比等于1:3.8;回流比为3~4:1时,废水CDOcr去除率可达95%;TOC去除率可达94.3%;TKN、TN、NHs—N去除率可分别达86.1%、79.9%、79.8%,出水中硫氰酸钠含量为0.8mg/L,丙酮、异丙醇、丙烯腈等均未检出。

The growth of the bacteria in shaking cultures was 3 times better than that in static cultures, but the rate of decolorization of dyes in the latter was 4-8 times higher than that in the former. The results of the examination on the reaction products of Diamond Chrome Red B and Diamond Nary Blue RRN indicated the possibility of biodegradation of these dyes by Enterobacter D17.

从印染、毛纺等废水处理场的生物膜和活性污泥中分离到13株对36种染料有脱色能力的细菌。其中三株转化单胞菌D_(32),D_(33),D_4分别对29种染料有良好的脱色作用,其完整细胞对单一染料的脱色活力达2.6mg·g~(-1)(细胞湿重)·h~(-1)。对脱色反应的条件和机理进行了初探。
