The first concept is to limit and diminish the various urban traffic by careful consideration of land use and suitable zoning;the second is to study the function and to seperate vehicles,cycles and pedestrian in a town;the third is that the vehicle traffic and cycleways should have a good connection with the pedestrians, This paper also previews the level of transportation development,

本文回顾了我国城市交通与道路三十年的发展,分析了城市交通的特点与存在问题。指出要根本解决城市交通问题,应该根据城市交通特征做出功能分明的道路系统规划。针对目前我国城市道路性质与功能不分,机动车、非机动车与行人交通混杂的现状,提出道路系统规划应考虑的四条原则:1.解决城市交通必须从城市总体规划着手;2.城市道路必须区分交通性与生活性.应布置城市机动车干道系统及自行车道路系统;3.商业文化娱乐大街应该规划为步行区;4.城市机动车与自行车交通应与步行交通密切联系。最后,还展望了我国城市交通现代化及城市交通发展应该达到的水平。

同济大学道路与交通工程研究所对几种整体性路面材料如沥青混合料、石灰土、石灰粉煤灰土,石灰—水渣-士进行了抗压、抗弯强度及其模量的测定。需要应用这些参数来验证使用这类材料修建的路面的设计厚度和抗弯拉强度,以防止路面在交通荷载和在某些不利环境下产生拉裂。本文提出了列定方法,测定结果,并对测定结果进行了分析讨论。
