5. The physiological changes of 20% PEG-6000 treated depilated flower seeds was measured, the results showed that the treatment increased activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT), decreased MDA content and electrical conductivity, enhanced anti-oxidation and seed germinating rate.
The numbers of flower without N, P and K treatments were only 28.9%, 89.8% and 91.9% of OPT treatment, the fruiting rate were only 24.3%, 83.3% and 93.0% of OPT treatments and the yield of fruits decreased by 22.2%, 16.8% and 21.2%, respectively.
( 3 ) the dissection to the shedding flower -pod indicated that the lenghth and width of ovary and that of ovule at the time when flower-pod is most likely to shed were 3.1 ~8.0mm, 0.81~2.0mm, 0.51~1.1mm and 0.36-0.60mm respectedly, that was third day to ninth day after the blooming of flower.

To the Cyclamen persicum spraying GA 150 mg/L+NAA 20 mg/L+V 10 mg/L could obviously increase its flower quantity and regularity and to the Dendronthema morifolium Tzve GA 40 mg/L+ 6-BA 10 mg/L+V 5 mg/L could promote its growth of scape and petal improve the whole opening shape and prolong the florescence about 10 days.
For Zaomeisu and Qiyuesu ,their anthotaxy and flower self setting fruit percentage were more than 90%,except for China pear 1, anthotaxy self setting fruit percentage was 48.3%, flower self setting fruit percentage was 33.1%;
After TL 2 application,the total iron and active iron of apple flowers increased by 157.90% and 189.16% respectively,the flower quantity,fruit quantity and fruit set percentage were increased by 38.21%,214.82% and 150.46% respectively.
