A numbetr of engineering structural optimization problems are efficiently solved by the Sequential Quadratic Programming (SQP) Approach. The nonlinear programming arising from optimization of structures analysed by the Finite Element Method is approximated by a sequence of quadratic programming (QP) with the aid of mechanical treatment and Taylor's expansion. A numbetr of engineering structural optimization problems are efficiently solved by the Sequential Quadratic Programming (SQP) Approach. The nonlinear programming arising from optimization of structures analysed by the Finite Element Method is approximated by a sequence of quadratic programming (QP) with the aid of mechanical treatment and Taylor's expansion. Depending on the separability of the objective function of QP, dual or primal QP is solved at each step. Design standard problems often lead to highly nonlinear geometrical programming. By making use of dual theoty and suitable Taylor's expansion, the present work shows that SQP also provides a very effective tool for solving various types of geometrical programming.

用序列二次规划可以高效率地解决许多工程结构的优化问题。一类问题将原来的非线性规划用力学处理和Taylor展开化为一系列二次规划问题,在目标函数可分离的情况下,通过Kuhn-Tucker条件进一步化为以Lagrange乘子为变量的准无约束的二次规划;在目标函数不可分离情况下,则直接求解原变量的近似二次规划,经过序列迭代,可以求解工程结构的静、动力优化问题。另一类问题是将原问题化为正多项式的几何规划,再将其对偶问题化为二次规划,序列迭代求解之,可以求解目标函数、约束函数非线性程度高的工程问题,对按设计规范公式进行设计的一类问题尤为有效。

As a further discussion about the applications of the theorem proposed in Ref. [1], this paper presents two formulations of linear programming, one of which is a linear programming of equilibrium to obtain a statically determinate or nearly-determinate design, the other is that of compatibility in the space of the state variables. An iterative process is built up to solve the static problems of optimization of structures. For the main problem discussed in this paper, structural reanalysis is avoided in calculation, showing the advantages of the method. The method is based on some theoretical analysis. The examples given show that the calculations are simple and the results obtained are satisfactory.

本文作为对文[1]所提定理的应用的进一步讨论,提出两种线性规划列式,一是寻求静定或接近静定的设计的平衡规划,另一是状态变量空间中的协调规划。用它们组成一个迭代过程,可以求解一类结构静力优化问题。在本文着重讨论的一类问题的计算中,可以避免作结构重分析,显示出方法的优越性。所提方法以理论分析为依据,计算是简单的,所得算例结果也是满意的。

On purpose to apply rational function for mathematical model building,this article proposes a practical relaxation algorithm to optimize both parameters and structure of rational model at the same time.First,structural pattern recognition techniques toanalyse objective curve and find a set of important sample points of the curve isintroduced,then primary structure is driven for optimization of structure from thepoint set.The primary structure also can offer good initial approximation functionfor parameter optimization.For parameter optimization,in this article a practicalleast square estimation formula based on Hamming method is given.It is shown bypractical applications that this algorithm has the advantage of high speed,high pre-cision,fewer number of produced model parameters and strong adaptiveness to obje-ctive problems.

本文在应用有理分式进行数学建模的工作基础上,提出了实现有理模型的参数与结构同时优化的一种实用的松驰算法。此法首先引入结构模式识别方法,找出原型的形态特征点集,并依此导出结构优化的初始结构形式,为随后的求取最优参数的最佳逼近过程提供了良好的初始逼近式。在参效优化中,文中根据Hamming 算法给出了用最小二乘来实现的具体算式。实际应用表明,该算法有速度快、逼近精度高、模型参数少和对原始问题适应性强的优点。
