Using liquid sintering technology three grades of heavy alloy 90W-Ni-Cu, 90W-Mo-Ni-Fe and 90W-Mo-Ni-Fe-Co were made. The mechanical properties were tested. The latter two alloys have higher strength and hardness than 90W-Ni-Cu alloy and suitible for die material of electro-heat upsetting. It is indicated that the high-temperature hardness of the latter two alloys was the same. It is indicated that the high-temperature hardness of the latter two alloys was the same. It is shown through examination of electro-heat upsetting that the alloy containing small cobalt had the optimum life, at least 20 times more than W-20Cu alloy. Nowadays Gw-7W alloy has been applied in valve factories.

采用粉末冶金液相烧结工艺,研制了90W-Ni-Cu、90W-Mo-Ni-Fe和90W-Mo-Ni-Fe-Co三种w合金,测定了它们的力学性能。后两种合金比90W-Ni-Cu合金的强度和硬度高,适合于作电镦模具材料。同时发现后两种钨合金的室温硬度相近,但是加入微量钻的合金,其高温硬度明显提高,抗高温变形能力强。这三种合金通过电镦试验证明,加微量钴的合金,电镦寿命最佳,比工厂生产用的W-20Cu合金高20倍以上,现已在全国气阀厂开始逐步推广应用。

The variations of open circuit (o.c.) remanence and demagnetization curve versus temperature, exposure time and the permeance of sample were examined on polymer-bonded SmCo5 magnets and epoxy-bonded 2-17 type magnets with two grades of magnetic properties. The results indicat that the curves of reversible loss of o.c. remanence with temperature for three kinds of magnets show no much difference. The 2-17 precipitation-hardening magnets displayed better magnetic stability than 1-5 type magnets during long-term...

The results indicat that the curves of reversible loss of o.c. remanence with temperature for three kinds of magnets show no much difference. The 2-17 precipitation-hardening magnets displayed better magnetic stability than 1-5 type magnets during long-term aging at 75, 100, and 125℃. The larger the permeance of sample, the more irreversible loss of o.c. remanence, The demagnetization curves of 1 -5 type magnets changed evidently after aging about 5000 hours at above temperatures. Even when the aging lasted 5131 hours at 75℃, the irreversible loss of o.c. remanence of 1 - 5 type magnets with B-H = -2 was as much as 28.5%, whereas those of the 2-17 type magnets in same dimensions were only from 4.5 to 8.2%.

研究了一种聚合物粘结SmCo_5磁体和两种不同性能等级的环氧树脂粘结2∶17型稀土-钴磁体开路剩磁和退磁曲线随温度、保温时间和磁体退磁系数的变化。表明三种磁体开路剩磁随温度的可逆变化曲线之间没有大的差异。在75、100和125℃的时效过程中,沉淀硬化型磁体显示出比1∶5型磁体好的磁性稳定性,磁体的退磁系数越大,其开路剩磁不可逆损失也越大。在上述三种温度时效大约5000小时之后,1∶5型磁体的退磁曲线形状产生了较显著的变化。即使在75℃时效5131小时后,B/H=-2的1∶5型磁体的开路剩磁不可逆损失也高达28.5%,而尺寸相同的2∶17型磁体的开路剩磁不可逆损失却只有4.5~8.2%。

In this paper, the influence factors upon the dimonsion precision and the finish of ceramic mold are researched. Based on this test, the optimum parameters are selected. Two new kinds of organic catalyzers and a new technique so called dipping stable liquid-treatment are successfully developed, hence the precision and surface smoothness of the ceramic mold are able to be improved. As a result, the smoothness of the precision casting die produced is up to grade 6.

文章对影响陶瓷型尺寸精度和光洁度的因素进行了系统的试验研究,优选出最佳工艺参数。研制出两种新型有机催化剂和一种新的处理工艺——浸稳定液处理,提高了陶瓷型的精度和光洁度。浇注出光洁度可达6的模具。
