对于雷电感应过电压、电力系统操作过电压和静电放电等电磁干扰 ,如果防护不力 ,随时可能侵袭包括计算机、通信设备、控制系统等在内的信息系统。防护这种危害 ,孤立地、个别地进行是行不通的 ,而必须在工程设计阶段就考虑到综合防护 ,其涉及的技术环节包括建筑物结构、防雷、接地 (含等电位连接 )、供电、线路和设备布置、屏蔽和在相关部位安装浪涌保护器 (SPD)等。着重介绍和分析了供电系统的各种供电形式和接地技术 ,并根据国际标准《IEC 1312 1雷电电磁脉冲防护》 ,归纳总结了防护雷电电磁脉冲干扰的要点 ,对实际的防雷电灾害具有参考价值。

Two new modes of power supply based on bypass switching theory were presented in this paper for UPS hot backup system. The reliability functions for these two systems under certain conditions were obtained after a substantial analysis theoretically. 针对UPS双机热备用提出了两种新的基于旁路开关的原理的供电模式 ,对其系统的可靠性进行了理论分析和比较 ,给出了在一定条件下两种供电模式的系统的可靠度函数的表达式。所提出的两种双机热备用供电模式对提高供电系统的可靠性提供了一种方便、灵活且行之有效的途径。
