In this paper a method of preparing acrylamide polymer in the powder form, using the solution-precipitation polymerization, is described. When the concentration or acrylamide is 20% (by wt.), or tert-butyl alcohol 75%(by wt.), of water 5%(by wt.), with the simultaneous addition of 5% Mg (NO3)2 (as wt. of diluent), acrylamide polymer in the powder form with a molecular wt. of 3 ×106 is obtained. In this paper a method of preparing acrylamide polymer in the powder form, using the solution-precipitation polymerization, is described. In this work, the technology of obtaining dry powder by direct distillation of solvent after poly- merization is also described. The solvent recovery is 92% physical processes such as filtration, drying is omitted. Thus tbe technological process is greatly simplified, maintaining a high level or solvent recovery.

本文研究了用锌粒还原柱还原Eu(Ⅲ)时,流速和温度对还原率的影响。实验结果表明,当还原柱固定(φ=3cm.h=30cm),流速在3—30ml/分温度在18—45℃时还原率均可大于96%。提出了用还原后的料液脱除有机相中溶存氧的新方法。从而提高了氧化铕的收率。用本方法以Sm Eu Gd富集物为原料,制得了纯度>99.95%收率≥90%的Eu_2O_3。本方法的优点是工艺简单,化学试剂消耗少且能连续生产。

Optimum conditions and the technology for the production of p-nitro-benzoic acid from p-nitrotoluene were studied. The average yield wasas high as 92.8%. A satisfactory technic was proposed. It may be usedas a new technic for the production of p-nitrobenzoic acid, and as amethod to avoid environmental pollution of chromium wastes.

本文研究了对硝基甲苯空气氧化生产对硝基苯甲酸的最佳反应条件和生产工艺。连续套用母液12次的平均收率达92.8%。本法工艺简便,又克服了铬盐及浓酸对环境的污染,在化学制备工艺上有应用价值。
