有关调查研究表明 :民族地区师范生心理健康水平不容乐观 ;这主要是由于民族学生自身心理发展缺陷、师范学校特殊的环境、对职业及就业的认识危机及中师生的年龄特征等因素综合作用的结果 ;我们应抓住西部大开发教育大发展的历史机遇 ,健全学校管理机制及环境建设 ,构建心理健康教育模式 ,促进民族地区师范生心理的健康发展

In the past three years, the teachers training in Xichang Teachers College has been attached importance to by the authoritative persons. The levels of the teachers' abilities in teaching, educating and science research has also developed greatly. This paper analyzes the educational characteristics in minority nationality area and points out the existing problems, meanwhile gives some constructive measurements.

近三年来,西昌师专非常重视师资队伍建设工作,根据民族地区的特点,开拓进取,强化师资管理,努力提高教师教育教学水平和科研能力。师资队伍建设工作成绩显著,有效地推动了学校的教育创新和教学改革。本文总结了近年来加强师资队伍建设取得的成绩和所采取的措施,分析了师资队伍建设工作的特色和存在的问题,提出了实现师资队伍建设工作跨越式发展的对策。

Objective To better look into the mental health of the rural junior high school teachers of the minority nationality areas so as to help develop relevant strategies.Methods Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) was used to test 288 rural junior high school teachers in Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County,Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County,and Rongshui Miao Autonomous County,153 males and 135 females,93 being aged ≤30,133 aged 31~45,and 62 aged >45.50 of the educational level of secondary specialized school,and 238 of the...

Objective To better look into the mental health of the rural junior high school teachers of the minority nationality areas so as to help develop relevant strategies.Methods Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) was used to test 288 rural junior high school teachers in Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County,Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County,and Rongshui Miao Autonomous County,153 males and 135 females,93 being aged ≤30,133 aged 31~45,and 62 aged >45.50 of the educational level of secondary specialized school,and 238 of the level of college education,71 of Zhuang nationality,53 of Yao nationality,49 of Miao nationality,48 of Han nationality,44 of Dong nationality,and 44 of other nationalities,selected by random sampling.The results were compared to those of the norm.Results The scores of somatization,depression,anxiety,and paranoia of the subjects were 1.66±0.52,1.76±0.50,1.62±0.55,and 1.62±0.55,all significantly higher than those of the national norm(1.34±0.45,1.57±0.61,1.42±0.43,and 1.69±0.52,all P<0.01).The score of obsession of the subjects was 1.76±0.49,also significantly higher than that of the norm(1.69±0.61,P<0.05.There were no significant differences in different SCL-90 factors among the teachers of different nationalities (all P>0.05.The scores of somatization,obsession,and depression of the teachers aged >45 were all significantly higher than those of the teachers aged ≤30(P<0.05 or P<0.01.However,the scores of international sensitivity,anxiety,and phobia of the teachers aged >45 were all significantly lower than those of the teachers aged ≤30(all P<0.05.The scores of obsession,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,and phobia of the female teachers were all significantly higher than those of the male teachers(all P<0.05).The scores of these factors,except for hostility,of the teachers of Chinese,mathematics,and English were all significantly higher than those of the teachers of other courses(all P<0.05).The scores of the SCL-90 factors,except hostility,paranoia,and psychoticism,of the teachers with the educational level of secondary specialized school were all significantly higher than those of the teachers with the educational level of college(all P<0.05.Conclusion The mental health level of the rural junior high school teachers of the minority nationality areas is relatively low.The different aspects of mental health status are different among the teachers of different demographic and educational background.

目的为了更好地了解少数民族地区农村初中教师的心理健康状况,以便有针对性地提出改善该人群心理健康的对策。方法运用SCL-90量表对随机抽取的288名少数民族地区农村初中教师进行检测,并与常模进行对照。结果少数民族地区农村初中教师的心理健康水平与全国常模比较躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、偏执等因子(P<0.01),有非常显著性差异;强迫症状(P<0.05),有显著性差异。结论广西少数民族地区农村初中教师的心理健康水平偏低。心理健康状况的不同随教师的人口学特征及教育背景的不同表现出一定的差异。
