Fetal C/P value of normal pregnancy cases was 2. 0, severe pregnancy-induced hypertension and severe decreased fetal movement were below 1. Decneased C/P value correlated with neonate umbilical artery blood hypoxia, acidemia and poor perinatal outcome.
Fifty two cases in the third trimester of pregnancy were examined with pulsed Doppler ultrasound technigue for their, fetal blood flow velocrity waveforms of middle cerebral artery and umbilical artery. C/P ratio was compared to blood gas, values of umbilical artery obtained at selective cesarean section and perinatal outcome.
[WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]There was a significantly increased incidence of adverse perinatal outcome (included intrapartum fetal distress,5 minute Apgar score <7,meconium-stained amniotic fluid intrauterine growth restriction and late decelerations) among the gravida with AFI≤50mm in comparison with AFI=51~80mm and AFI>80mm( P <0 05).
Objective: To study the perinatal outcome in patients with abnormal umbilical artery blood flow and the relationship between the perinatal outcome and the efficacy of intrautery therapy.
Objective To study the diagnostic values of S/D and △Q of umbilical artery (UmA), bilateral uterine arteries (UtA), and internal iliac artery (IlA) in maternal circulation on prediction of perinatal outcome in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH).
目的:探讨妊高征患者母体循环中脐动脉(U m A)、双侧子宫动脉(U t A )及髂内动脉(Il A)的收缩期/舒张期比值(S/ D)和血流量(△Q )在预测围产儿结局方面的诊断价值。
Results The rates of adverse perinatal outcome, small for gestational age(SGA),structural malformation in abnormal umbilical artery S/D group were significantly higher than those in normal umbilical artery S/D group ( P < 0.05 ).
Methods Pulsed Doppler measurements of the umbilical artery were conducted in 77 cases of twin pregnancise. Perinatal outcome was compared between normal and abnormal umbilical artery S/D,PI group respectively. The rates of abnormal umbilical artery S/D,PI in monochorionic and dichorionicdich were compared.
The rates of adverse perinatal outcome,SGA in abnormal umbilical artery PI group were significantly higher than those in normal umbilical artery PI group ( P < 0.05 ).
Methods Oligohydramnios were determined by ultrasonography in the two groups that were amniotic fluid index (AFI)≤5 cm and the largest pocket of amniotic fluid ≤2 cm in two prependicular planes respectively. χ 2 test was used to analyse the perinatal outcome between the two groups.
Purpose: To compare the rate of birth weight discordance and perinatal outcome of twin pregnancies after assisted reproduction with that of spontaneous twins.
Fetal brain flow velocity waveforms were displayed by color Doppler . The results showed ratio of fetal middle cerebral artery resistance index (RImcA ) to Umbilical artery resistance index (RIuA) in normal trimester pregnancy was greater than one (RImcA/RIuA ratio>1 ). It revealed negative relation with blood pressure in hypertension induced by pregnacy (Y=158 -50. 12X. r = 0. 86). It suggested that RIuA in hypertension induced by pregnancy chronically increased and RImcA decreased . RlmcA/RIuA ratio<1 in ...
To promote clinical practice of C/P value for diagnosis and prediction, the correlation of ratio between PIMcA and PiUA and umbilical artery blood hypoxia of the neonate were investigated. Fifty two cases in the third trimester of pregnancy were examined with pulsed Doppler ultrasound technigue for their, fetal blood flow velocrity waveforms of middle cerebral artery and umbilical artery. C/P ratio was compared to blood gas, values of umbilical artery obtained at selective cesarean section and perinatal$$...
Colour Doppler ultrasound was used to measure the umibilical artery flow velocity S/D ratio in 40 high rish pregnancies. S/D ratio represented the ratio of maximum systolic velocity (S) to minimum diastolic velocity (D) . S/D ratio > 3 was defined as abnormal. Forty cases were divided into two groups:(l) 15 cases with S/D> 3; (2) 25 cases with S/D<3. The criteria for ad-verse perinatal outcome were set as follows: (1) Apgar score<7; (2) birth weight < 2500g; (3) oligobydramnios or meconium stain...
