Objective To summarize the effect of the perinatal management and treatment and to learn the perinatal outcome after analyzing the clinical material of tripletand quadruplet pregnant women.
Methods Non-stress test (NST) was carried on in 54 cases of ICP by remote electronic fetal monitoring network(study group). Fifty-four cases of ICP served as control group were monitored by fetal movement counting daily and regular NST check-up in hospital. Abnormal NST and perinatal outcome were compared between the study group and control group.
Methods:A retrospective study was done on 106 cases multifetation from Jan 2000 to Dec.2004.And the incidence, age, gestational weeks, complication, parturition way,the perinatal outcome and the correlation factors were evaluated.
Methods We evaluated the amniotic fluid index (AFI) by B ultrasonography to determine the volume of amniotic fluid and amniotic fluid < 300ml in labour and analysed the perinatal outcome of 117 cases with oligohydramnios.
Results:In pathologic pregnancy, the umbilical artery blood flow parameter (S/D) was significantly higher than that of normal pregnancy and the incident rate of the adverse perinatal outcome was higher when compared with the S/D normal group, S/D guarding group and S/D abnormal group.
Between the 6 scores′ group and ≥7 scores′ groups, there were significant differences in neonatal Apgar scores(P<0.05),amniotic fluid colour and incidence of bad perinatal outcome (P<0.01).
Purpose: To compare the rate of birth weight discordance and perinatal outcome of twin pregnancies after assisted reproduction with that of spontaneous twins.
From Jan. 1985 to Dec. 1986, externalmonitoring of the fetal heart rate was carriedout 1358 times in 725 cases of high riskpregnancy (I) .The incidence of variabledeceleration (V-D) and prolonged decelera-tion (PL-D)was 12.88% (175/1358)and 2.06%(28/1358) respectively. According to whether or not the umbil-ical cord was normal, the incidence of V-Dwas 28.36% (78/275) and 15.48% (58/450)respectively. There was a significant differ-ence between the abnormal umbilical cordgroup and the normal umbilical cord gr...
The delivery time in 10 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension associated with intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) was analyzed. The results showed that the incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension assocated with IUGR was 21.7% and the perinatal death was 4 cases (40%), of which, 2 cases were happened at 32 weeks' gestation and 2 cases at 36 weeks. There were 4 cases delivered at 33~35 weeks' gestation and 2 cases at 37~38 weeks in the remaining cases that all were alive. The results indicate th...
ne hundred and four women in their third trimester of pregnancy were examined with colour Doppler ultrasound for their fetal blood flow velocity waveforms(FVWs)of the umbilical artery(UA),renal artery(RA),and middle cerebral artery(MCA ) in relation to the perinatal outcomes. The Doppler parameters studied included their pulsatile indexes(PI)and the PI ratio of MCA/UA(M/U PI) and of MCA/RA (M/RN).The criteria for adverse perinatal outcome were set as followes:(1)Apgar score<7;(2)birth...
